1). Non-Gasketed: Non-gasketed cloths are widely-used and provide fast and economical
installation.They are a common style of press cloth that are effectively used in many
applications.
2).CGR/Gasketed: Gasketed cloths are ideal for applications where potential wicking and
leakage are unacceptable. Certain applications require a tighter and more precise fit which
a gasketed cloth delivers.
3). Single: Mining and preparation of natural resources or pre-products requires a filter cloth
that can handle the extreme mechanical load put on the machinery. Markert’s single cloth
design with a reinforced hem and inlets is perfect for this application due to its refined
durability and efficiency.
4). Drape over: Certain presses are designed to use a cloth that “drapes over” the plates.
This design eliminates the challenges of installing a cloth with a barrel neck when dressing
a plate.
